SEN Teacher for ASD
We seek a dedicated teacher with a passion for fostering both academic and personal growth in students. You'll lead a tutor group, deliver engaging lessons, and contribute to a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach classes of 6-10 size classes of students with ASD including support.
- Provide pastoral care and monitor students' progress.
- Collaborate with parents and staff.
- Create and maintain individualized educational plans.
- Teach across multiple key stages.
- Plan and deliver stimulating, differentiated lessons.
- Maintain high standards of literacy and numeracy.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure student safety.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ideally QTS, QTLS or PTTLS
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to professional development and teamwork.
