We are seeking a dedicated SEN Specialist to join a supportive secondary school in Walsall, working with vulnerable young adults in KS3 and KS4 diagnosed with ADHD and Autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with ADHD and Autism.
- Develop and implement individualised education plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
- Promote an inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young adults with ADHD and Autism.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies in KS3 and KS4 settings.
- Child and Adult DBS required (or willingness to acquire one through us).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
