Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialised support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement personalised support strategies.

- Collaborate closely with parents, external professionals, and the school's SENCO to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Special Educational Needs and Mental Health Teaching Assistant.
- In-depth understanding of SEMH needs and effective support strategies.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
