Exciting Opportunity for a Science Teacher - Towcester!

We are seeking a Full time Science Teacher in Silverstone,Towcester to inspire confidence in pupils aged 11 to 19 with a range of social, emotional and mental health difficulties.If you are someone who is interested in , promoting the progress and well-being of their pupils and wants to foster positive relationships,we have an amazing opportunity for you !

Key Responsibilites :

  • Plan and deliver engaging science lessons that promote excellent pupil progress.
  • Establish clear learning goals based on students needs.
  • Acquire in-depth subject knowledge to help students grasp essential concepts through ongoing assessment.
  • Focus on reading to boost students' fluency, confidence, and enjoyment.
  • Foster a dynamic and safe classroom environment while managing behavior according to school guidelines.
  • Track and report on student progress, contributing to school activities and responsibilities.
  • Commit to ongoing professional growth and participate in performance management, supporting students across various locations when necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • QTS , Educational Degree
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • Minimum of 6 months Expereience working with children with SEN.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of team
