Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages students to achieve their best.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Science department's curriculum.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and behavior.
Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Specialization in Science, with a strong understanding of the subject at the secondary level.
Experience teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential).
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
