- Experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or in a similar support role is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to motivate and engage pupils in their learning
- A patient, caring, and resilient approach to working with children
- Relevant qualifications (such as CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are beneficial but not required
