Job Role

As the School Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our school. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the school's financial resources, budgeting, and accounting
  • Overseeing administrative functions to ensure efficient school operations
  • Managing HR duties, including recruitment and staff training
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Contributing to the strategic planning and development of the school
  • Leading on procurement and contract management
  • Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support the school's goals and objectives

Requirements

The successful School Business Manager will:

  • Have experience in school business management or a similar role
  • Possess strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial planning
  • Have excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be committed to promoting effective, inclusive education and training
