After School Club Manager - Primary School in Oxford
Location: Oxford
Hours: 13.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 5:45pm)
Salary: £11,734 - £12,860 per annum
Qualification: Minimum EYFS Level 3 required
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and creative After School Club Manager to lead and coordinate a thriving After School Club at a friendly and welcoming primary school in Oxford. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children at the end of their school day.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to a range of interests and age groups
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children attending the club
- Supervise and support children's play, social interactions, and well-being
- Manage and lead a small team of staff, ensuring high-quality care and play opportunities
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and external agencies as needed
- Maintain health and safety standards and safeguarding procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
✔ EYFS Level 3 Qualification (essential)
✔ Experience working with children in a play, childcare, or school setting
✔ A friendly, enthusiastic, and responsible individual who enjoys working with children
✔ Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead a small team
