About the Role:
- Lead the Psychology department, driving innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.
- Teach Psychology across Key Stages 4 and 5, fostering a love for the subject and critical thinking skills.
- Develop and implement engaging schemes of work and resources that challenge and motivate students.
- Monitor and track student progress, ensuring all students reach their full potential.
- Provide mentorship and support to colleagues within the department.
About You:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- A proven track record of success in teaching Psychology, with experience at Key Stage 5.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire a passion for Psychology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
