SEN Education Role for Psychology or Criminology Graduates
Position: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Educator

Job Overview: We are seeking passionate and committed Psychology or Criminology graduates eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people with autism, social-emotional mental health needs, or other additional needs. This role offers the opportunity to provide tailored support in both 1:1 and group settings, fostering a positive and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and interventions for children and young people with SEN.
- Assist in developing and implementing personalised learning plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in SEN education.
Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology or Criminology completed by September 2024.
- A strong interest in working with children and young people with autism, social-emotional mental health needs, or other additional needs.
- Demonstrated commitment and passion for a career in teaching and SEN education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
