Position Overview: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children aged between 0-5 years old. Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with children in a nurturing and supportive manner
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and grow
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting preferred
- Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
