We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant for a Christian school, to nurture children in Year 2 .The school is located in a Village in Northampton and focuses on fostering confidence, independent thinking and resilience,empowering pupils to adapt to life changes.Through engaging play-based learning encourages pupils to dream big and embrace positivity. Through Christian teachings, pupils reflect on their spirituality and build the confidence to live by these values.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
- Contribute to the overall ethos, aims and objectives of the school.
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Foster a positive learning environment conducive to student success.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
- Help maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of pupils.
