About the Role:
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide essential support to pupils, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with classroom activities and helping to deliver engaging lessons.
Providing one-to-one or small group support to children, including those who may need additional help.
Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development.
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Contributing to the overall ethos and values of the school.
About You:
You hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
You have experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
You are enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about helping children succeed.
You have strong communication and teamwork skills.
You are reliable, adaptable, and committed to supporting the needs of all pupils.
You have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
