Location: All-Through School, Reading
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Salary: £16,575 - £19,500

We are working on behalf of an amazing all-through school in Reading looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the learning and development of students in KS2 and KS3, ensuring all pupils achieve their potential.
  • Collaborate with class teachers to deliver tailored interventions and classroom support.
  • Assist in developing resources and strategies to support the curriculum effectively.
  • Provide pastoral care to students, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, supporting their academic and personal development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with KS2 and KS3 students, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
  • A commitment to supporting every child to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
  • Prior experience as an LSA or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
