We are working on behalf of a small, nurturing primary school in Amersham, proud to be part of a fantastic academy, and we are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the amazing team.
About the Role:
We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic full-time LSA to provide 1:1 support and assist in the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role also includes lunch duty supervision, ensuring the safety and well-being of pupils throughout the school day.
What We're Looking For:
- A warm, patient, and motivated individual who thrives in a team environment
- Someone with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Flexibility to adapt to different needs within the school
- A Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working with children, particularly in a primary school setting (preferred)
