Job Description: As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to a diverse group of students. You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting the academic, social and emotional growth of each child. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering well-structured lessons that align with the national curriculum and cater to the individual needs of students.
  • Implementing effective teaching strategies, utilising a variety of resources and integrating technology to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and coordinate curriculum content, ensuring continuity and progression throughout the KS2 phase.
  • Establishing positive relationships with students, parents, and guardians, maintaining open lines of communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Promoting a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, mutual respect, and positive behavior.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Relevant experience teaching KS2 students within the UK education system.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and an ability to design creative and stimulating lessons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a passion for education.
