Location: Upminster, Havering, East London
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Food Technology Teacher to inspire students in a well-equipped kitchen and learning environment. The successful candidate will foster creativity, life skills, and a love of cooking.

Key Duties

  • Teach Food Technology from KS3 to KS4 (KS5 desirable).
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver creative lessons on nutrition, food preparation, and safety.
  • Lead practical cooking sessions and assess practical skills.
  • Foster student awareness of healthy eating and food sustainability.

Requirements

  • QTS or equivalent qualification.
  • Degree in Food Technology, Catering, or related subject.
  • Passion for teaching culinary arts and food science.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in food preparation.
