About the Role:

Our client, a private day nursery on the outskirts of Corby, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to their our friendly and supportive nursery team. You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

  • Planning and delivering fun, creative, and engaging activities that support children's development.

  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress, identifying next steps.

  • Ensuring children's safety and well-being at all times.

  • Communicating effectively with parents, offering support and regular updates.

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.

  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early years setting.

  • A genuine passion for child development and helping little ones reach their potential.

  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • A nurturing, patient, and creative approach.
