Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the EYFS framework, tailored to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
  • Create a warm, nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to learn.
  • Work collaboratively with SEN specialists and support staff to differentiate learning for pupils with additional needs.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting individual learning plans as necessary to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community to support the holistic development of each child.
  • Collaborate with staff to continuously improve the EYFS provision and uphold inclusive teaching practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in EYFS and working with children with SEN.
  • In-depth understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
  • A nurturing, patient, and inclusive approach to teaching, with a passion for supporting diverse learners.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with parents, SEN professionals, and other staff members.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with the school team.
