What We're Looking For:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience teaching in an Early Years or Reception setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework, including areas like phonics, early numeracy, and play-based learning.
- A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills to create a safe, inspiring learning environment.
