Salary: £110-£125 per day
Are you an experienced educator seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic secondary school environment? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors for day-to-day assignments starting in September 2024 in Amersham.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 Months UK Experience
- Strong Behaviour Management.
- Sense of resilience and determination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
- Provide support to students, encouraging their progress and development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a UK secondary school is essential.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various subjects and year groups.
