Job Description:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education for our students in the absence of their regular teachers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and managing classrooms, ensuring students remain on task with their learning activities.
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Supporting students' educational and social development.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure effective lesson delivery.
- Upholding school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behavior management.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in covering lessons within a UK school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- The ability to engage and motivate students.
