Dunbar Education is looking for experienced Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in education while making a difference in students' learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and delivering pre-planned lessons across different subjects.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a productive environment.
- Assisting students with their learning and maintaining engagement.
- Enforcing school policies and ensuring a safe learning atmosphere.
- Providing support to schools as needed across various year groups.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a Cover Supervisor role within the UK.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Strong leadership, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
- A positive and professional approach to working with students.
