Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers.
- Managing student behaviour and maintaining a productive learning environment.
- Encouraging student engagement and focus.
- Supporting students in their learning by answering questions and providing guidance.
- Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Cover Supervisor.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different year groups and subject areas.
