A vibrant primary school committed to providing an enriching educational experience for the pupils are looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join the team based in Aylesbury. As a Class Teacher, you will work across EYFS or Key Stage 1, leading classes, inspiring pupils, and ensuring that high-quality education and care is maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for pupils in accordance with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents/guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/guardians, and the wider school community.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Previous experience teaching in EYFS and/or Key Stage 1 is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to supporting the academic and personal growth of every pupil.
