Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Second in Charge Science Teacher to join our dedicated team. While a specialization in Physics is preferred, it is not essential. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Science department, contributing to the continuous development of the school's scientific curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and coordination of the Science department.
- Support the Head of Science in implementing an engaging and effective curriculum.
- Deliver high-quality Science lessons, inspiring and motivating students.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow Science teachers.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment within the Science department.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in Science, preferably with a specialization in Physics.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and promoting scientific education.
