About the Role
We are seeking a dedicatedĀ Reception TeacherĀ to join our supportive and collaborative team in a primary school in Luton. This fixed-term role focuses onĀ planning and preparation, working closely with the Reception team to deliver high-quality learning experiences for young learners.

Key Responsibilities
š¹ Plan and prepare engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for Reception pupils
š¹ Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure aĀ consistent and high-quality EYFS experience
š¹ Support the academic and personal development of Reception pupils
š¹ Contribute to the school’s framework toĀ enhance early learning progress
Requirements
šĀ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Ā is essential
š Strong knowledge of theĀ EYFS frameworkĀ and early childhood development
š Ability to workĀ collaborativelyĀ in a team environment
š Passion forĀ curriculum planningĀ and ensuring high standards of early education
š¢ Strong communication skills to engage with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
š Applicants must have anĀ Enhanced DBS on the Update ServiceĀ and provideĀ two years of references
