About the Role
- Start Date: January 2025
- Contract Length: Long-term until July 2025
- Focus Area: Supporting pupils with SEN across various year groups
- Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external agencies to provide tailored support for pupils.
- Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and creating an inclusive learning environment.
About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who has:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly in a primary school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
