With two years of experience in recruitment, Matthew started his career as a compliance officer before moving into recruitment, where he thrives on connecting great candidates with the right opportunities.
Outside of work, Matthew stays active by hitting the gym, playing racket sports, and enjoying hiking adventures. In his downtime, he likes to unwind by playing the guitar.

In another life, I think I would be a musician! I’ve always loved creating music and think it would be amazing to spend my days writing, recording, and performing.
If I won the lottery tomorrow, I would travel the world, buy a place by the sea, and finally learn to cook something other than pasta.
If I wasn’t so good at my job, I would probably be trying my luck as something creative. Something totally different from recruitment!
