Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality mathematics lessons to secondary pupils.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and inquiry.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the mathematics curriculum.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the pupil experience.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for mathematics and inspiring young learners.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil well-being.
• Be a collaborative team player, eager to share best practices and contribute to school life.
• Show adaptability and a proactive approach to continuous professional development.
• Be dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils, from ECTs to experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
