Key Responsibilities
* Provide consistent and dedicated 1:1 support tailored to the specific needs of a secondary pupil.
* Diligently implement all targets and strategies outlined within the pupil's EHCP.
* Facilitate the pupil’s full engagement with the secondary curriculum across various subjects.
* Actively encourage and foster increasing independence in daily learning and social interactions.
* Support the development of essential life skills to empower the pupil's future.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system.
