Key Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across a range of secondary subjects.
• Uphold high standards of classroom management and pupil engagement.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning atmosphere for all students.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and their operational procedures.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents where applicable.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback on pupil participation and progress.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK recognised teaching qualification.
• Possess a genuine passion for secondary education and student development.
• Demonstrate outstanding classroom management and behavioural support skills.
• Thrive in dynamic environments and adapt readily to new school cultures.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and collaborative abilities.
