About the Role

We are actively recruiting for various contract types, including permanent, long-term, short-term, and daily supply positions, commencing ASAP. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum to meet pupil needs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance educational outcomes.
* Actively participate in school events and contribute positively to the wider school community.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour and safeguarding, ensuring a secure environment for all pupils.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are currently completing your Early Career Teacher year.
* You possess a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young learners.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, promoting respect and engagement.
* You exhibit a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and proactive in a dynamic school environment.
* You show a clear understanding of your safeguarding responsibilities towards children.
