Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver innovative and challenging Science lessons to secondary students of varying abilities.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
* Actively contribute to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum and departmental initiatives.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every student feels valued.
* Participate in school-wide activities and extracurricular programmes, enriching the wider school community.
* Uphold the school's high standards of behaviour and academic achievement, promoting student well-being.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable success in a secondary school setting.
* Your subject knowledge in Science is strong, with the flexibility to teach across specialisms.
* You are adept at engaging and motivating secondary students, inspiring a passion for the sciences.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth defines your approach.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with students and colleagues.
