About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL - French & Spanish Teacher to join a flourishing school, committed to academic excellence and personal development. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality French and Spanish lessons to secondary pupils across diverse abilities.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their linguistic development.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels encouraged to participate.
* Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of the MFL curriculum.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school activities to support the school community.
* Utilise a range of innovative teaching strategies to inspire a genuine interest in French and Spanish culture.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are ready to inspire pupils at any stage of your career (ECT, MPS, UPS).
* Your subject knowledge in both French and Spanish is exceptional, demonstrated by effective teaching practice.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for languages and a commitment to fostering cultural understanding.
* Excellent classroom management skills ensure a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* You are a collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to a thriving MFL department.
* A proactive approach to professional development and a desire to continually refine your teaching craft are essential.
