About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic school, offering a range of flexible contract options from daily supply and short-term cover to long-term and permanent roles. You will play a crucial part in nurturing the development and learning of young children in a vibrant primary setting. This essential position offers competitive daily rates between £95 and £110, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the holistic development and learning of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging educational activities.
* Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Promote positive behaviour management strategies and foster children's independence.
* Contribute to observations and assessments, helping to track pupil progress.
* Provide targeted one-to-one or small group support to children requiring additional assistance.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience of working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation is essential.
* You show a genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of young learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating effectively with staff, children, and parents.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to respond positively to varying classroom needs.
* Your commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is paramount.
