Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging play-based activities for young children.
• Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
• Support children with personal care routines, including feeding, nappy changing, and toileting.
• Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining effective communication.
• Ensure adherence to all safeguarding policies and health and safety procedures.
About You
• Experience working with young children in an early years or nursery setting.
• Possess a genuine passion for supporting children's early development and learning.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, parents, and colleagues.
