This invaluable opportunity allows you to contribute significantly to pupil learning, providing essential cover across various subjects and year groups on both a daily and longer-term basis, with potential for permanent roles. We are looking for an individual ready to start immediately, embracing the dynamic nature of supply teaching and cover supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons effectively to secondary pupils.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all learners.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain order.
* Ensure pupil safety and well-being throughout the school day.
* Adhere to individual school policies and procedures diligently.
* Provide academic support and encouragement to pupils as needed.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or substantial experience as a Cover Supervisor.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.
* You are highly adaptable and comfortable working in diverse school settings.
* You hold a genuine passion for inspiring secondary-aged pupils.
* You are consistently reliable, punctual, and professional.
* You have a strong commitment to fostering a supportive educational environment.
