About the Role
Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher seeking flexible opportunities in East London? We are partnering with an ambitious school, alongside various other vibrant primary settings across Redbridge, who are seeking dedicated educators to provide essential cover. This dynamic role offers a range of contract options, from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term positions and even permanent prospects, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to pupils across various primary key stages.
* Maintain excellent classroom management and a positive learning atmosphere.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments and unfamiliar routines.
* Ensure all school policies and procedures are consistently adhered to.
* Provide comprehensive feedback to teaching staff upon the completion of assignments.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and flexibility in diverse school settings.
* Exhibit strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and pupils.
* Have a genuine passion for fostering learning and development in young children.
* Be highly organised and capable of managing classroom duties independently.
* Display resilience and a proactive approach to daily challenges.
