Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across the secondary phase.
* Assess student progress thoroughly, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Maths curriculum.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Uphold the school’s high standards for behaviour and academic achievement.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a demonstrable passion for mathematics.
* You are committed to nurturing every student's potential and academic success.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management and pedagogical skills.
* You are an ECT, MPS, or UPS level educator seeking your next rewarding challenge.
* You thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
* You are dedicated to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
