About the Role
A progressive school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join our vibrant early years team, starting as soon as possible. This pivotal role involves nurturing our youngest learners, fostering their curiosity, and laying strong foundations for their educational journey within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. We are looking for an inspiring educator to contribute to a stimulating and supportive learning environment, with opportunities for either a long-term contract or a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to the EYFS curriculum.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive.
* Accurately assess and record pupils' progress, ensuring individual needs are met and celebrated.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, parents, and wider school staff to support pupil development.
* Actively contribute to the positive ethos and continuous improvement of the school community.
* Uphold high standards of professional practice and school policies at all times.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for early years education.
* Experience teaching in a Reception class is highly desirable, though ambitious Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* An ability to inspire and motivate young children through creative and child-centred approaches is essential.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Applications are welcomed from professionals at Main Pay Scale (MPS) and Upper Pay Scale (UPS) levels.
