About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic educators available for immediate starts, offering a range of flexible contracts including daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements, and even permanent positions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of learning, stepping into diverse classroom settings with confidence and professionalism. This rewarding position offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160, reflecting your valuable contribution to pupil attainment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective pre-planned lessons across various primary year groups.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment with strong classroom management.
* Adapt quickly and seamlessly to different school cultures and teaching methodologies.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
* Provide constructive feedback to class teachers regarding pupil progress and classroom activities.
* Uphold the high standards and policies of each individual school visited.

About You
* You must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the primary phase.
* Proven experience teaching across key stages within a primary school setting is essential.
* A flexible and adaptable approach, thriving in dynamic educational environments, is highly valued.
* You demonstrate excellent communication skills, building rapport with both pupils and staff swiftly.
