Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement bespoke intervention strategies for small groups and individual pupils.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to address specific learning gaps across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Monitor and rigorously track pupil progress, adapting approaches to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with class teachers and leadership to integrate intervention strategies with broader curriculum goals.
• Provide regular feedback to pupils, parents, and staff on individual development and achievements.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported to succeed.
About You
• Hold qualified teacher status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Possess proven experience in delivering successful intervention programmes, preferably across multiple year groups.
• Exhibit an unwavering passion for supporting pupils with diverse learning needs and fostering their academic growth.
• Be an adaptable and reflective practitioner, continuously seeking innovative methods to engage and inspire.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a commitment to creating a nurturing and challenging learning environment for every child.
