An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to join well-established primary schools in the Thatcham area. This flexible role involves providing essential cover across various year groups, ensuring continuity of learning and a stable classroom environment for all pupils. You will have the chance to experience diverse school settings and contribute significantly to children's educational journeys, with options for daily, short-term, long-term, and even permanent contracts available.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons prepared by the class teacher or department.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere, managing classroom dynamics with skill.
* Adapt quickly to different primary school settings and pupil needs.
* Uphold the school's ethos, policies, and procedures diligently.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and colleagues to ensure a smooth school day.
* Ensure the welfare and safety of all pupils under your care at all times.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education.
* Demonstrate recent experience working within primary school environments.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and flexibility, thriving in varied settings.
* Hold strong classroom management skills, promoting an inclusive and respectful atmosphere.
* Show a genuine passion for fostering young minds and supporting their development.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate.
