Key Responsibilities
* Supervise classroom activities efficiently and effectively in the absence of teaching staff.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere for all students throughout the school day.
* Implement pre-set lesson plans and deliver instructions clearly, ensuring task completion.
* Manage classroom behaviour consistently and fairly, adhering strictly to school policies.
* Provide clear guidance and supportive assistance to students as they complete their assigned work.
* Report back accurately on student engagement, progress, and any notable issues encountered during lessons.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience working with young people in an educational or similar capacity.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively with students and staff.
