Key Responsibilities
• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across various primary year groups.
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil participation.
• Adapting quickly to different school policies, procedures, and learning schemes.
• Covering for absent class teachers, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils.
• Fostering a safe, supportive, and stimulating atmosphere for all children.
• Collaborating effectively with support staff and colleagues to uphold school standards.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
• Possess strong behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire pupils.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience in varied school settings.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for primary education and children's development.
• Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents when required.
• Be reliable, proactive, and committed to upholding high professional standards.
