Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that inspires curiosity and academic excellence.
* Contribute proactively to the ongoing development and review of the Science curriculum.
* Utilise diverse teaching methodologies to cater to a range of learning styles and needs.
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an Early Career Teacher with a strong academic background in Science.
* Possess a genuine passion for Science, demonstrable through dynamic and enthusiastic teaching.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management strategies and the ability to motivate students.
* Committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practices.
* You are a collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
