Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the daily care and supervision of young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Support children's learning and development through engaging activities and play-based experiences.
* Prepare and maintain a stimulating, organised, and clean nursery environment for optimal learning.
* Work collaboratively with other early years practitioners to implement the curriculum effectively.
* Observe and provide feedback on children's progress and needs to the lead teacher or key worker.
* Foster positive relationships with children, promoting their social and emotional growth and confidence.
