About the Role
A forward-thinking primary school is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This exciting opportunity offers flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even a permanent position, starting as soon as possible. You will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational journey of young learners, contributing to a vibrant and supportive learning environment with a daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Actively support the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS lessons.
* Facilitate small group activities and provide one-on-one assistance to children.
* Help create an inspiring and safe learning environment within the classroom.
* Observe and accurately report on children's development and progress.
* Contribute to the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Experience working with children in an Early Years Foundation Stage setting is essential.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, adaptable, and patient approach to supporting young learners defines your practice.
* You are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
