Key Responsibilities

• Implement school policies and procedures consistently, ensuring student safety and adherence to safeguarding guidelines at all times.

• Collaborate effectively with departmental staff and senior leadership, providing concise handover notes and feedback where required.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community during your placements, upholding professional standards and values.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the UK secondary curriculum across multiple key stages.
• Demonstrate proven experience in delivering high-quality teaching across various secondary subjects or specialist areas.
• Exhibit exceptional adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach when transitioning between different school environments and student cohorts.
• Possess outstanding classroom management skills, capable of fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive learning atmosphere.
